Hi, My name is Patrick Perry and I'm originally from the quaint little town of Cadiz (borders Land Between the Lakes, Tick capital of the world). People often ask why I don't have an accent. The answer is I didn't listen in school. (Only in Kentucky, because we can make fun of ourselves and still laugh).
People say I'm believable, and that means a lot. I have over 11 years experience as a pest management professional, servicing everything from outhouses (literally), twenty thousand square foot homes, storage units, a K-12 school, hospital including the emergency room, two banks, groceries, crawlspaces, you name it.
I'm kind of a studious person, into books and useless information, but with the talent I have you'd know I'm also a hands-on, willing to work hard and get sweaty in the process type. Probably no surprise that even with a college scholorship, I was too unfocused to complete more than 3 semesters. Back in the 90's I was a political activist, but you know that doesn't pay well unless you're on the wrong side.
I enjoy making people feel welcome and special, because you are!! I am a very friendly person, and because I'm well read, I feel I can get along with a diverse group of people. As not only the technician for Perry's Pest Control, but also the owner, I want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can trust both my knowledge and my work ethic. It probably hasn't given me a lot of pay in immediate dollars, but I've often given free advice to people, even when it meant the loss of a sale at the time. I've found that when people really need the help, they will call me again, because they know I'm fair, and will provide a good value for the money.
Perry's Pest Control, is a licensed and insured full time business. In order to own a pest control business, I was required to pass a four and a half hour test, consisting of both written questions and insect specimens. This test was above and beyond the basic 30 minute test required to simply work as an employee for a pest control company. Other than all the pest control books and magazines we have, that's why when I walk in your house and I see what you think is an ordinary moth, I can walk straight to your pantry and pull the food box full of indian meal moths!
PPC operates from our live/work loft at 221 Kentucky Avenue, just two blocks from the Carson Performing Arts Center and the Ohio River, in the heart of historic downtown. We look forward to personally speaking with you about any pest related topic you may have a question about. Sincerely, Patrick Perry
